After registration, order by placing the desired product(s) in your cart. If you would like to buy more than one piece of a certain item, adjust the quantity after the product name and click on “Update” to get your running total.
For countries outside of Hungary, we ship your orders through various parcel service providers or registered AirMail. Please Note: AirMail is available for orders weighing NO MORE than 2 kgs. (about 4.4 lbs) and do not exceed our volume restrictions*. Packages that exceed 2 kgs or certain volume restrictions*, we can only ship by Parcel Service, unless arranged otherwise. Orders are shipped out in 1-7 business days after receiving them with a delivery confirmation e-mail sent out to you at that point. If one of the items you order is in back order, we will notify you via e-mail.
* Products with light relative density are adjusted for weight (length x height x width / 6000 is calculated as 1 kg).
AirMail times to most countries are 3-14 business days, however, clearing your local customs office may take additional time. For most European and North American countries, we offer both Parcel Service and registered AirMail; this generally means a 3-7 business day delivery time (plus time for customs if outside EU).
Backorders: Our customers will be contacted by email if one or more items in their orders are in backorder, or if any item’s production is suspended or ceased. At that point you can decide if you want a partial order to be shipped out to you (with a refund of the price of the missing items), or the whole order to be held until the missing item(s) becomes available. You may also contact us to cancel an item on backorder at any time before the shipment is sent out to you, and receive a partial refund for value of the cancelled items.
For orders outside the EU, we do not charge VAT, which means an over 21% savings. However, the customer may be liable for local and import taxes; we have no control over any country`s import duty rates, please check import tax rules at the websites of the destination country`s customs office, or contact them directly with your import tax rate questions. Wellness Extra Ltd. is NOT responsible for any packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the ordering party’s respective Customs Office Department. It is the FULL responsibility of the customer to ensure that these supplements are allowed by their Customs. Customs regulations vary greatly by country. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country´s laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees, or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country. Sales Tax (VAT) will only be charged for EU orders at the rate of 27%. International Customers may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge.
The shipping cost is calculated by our cart system once a registered buyer places products in his or her cart and clicks on "Checkout".
For orders within Hungary, we use a package delivery service with cash on delivery payable to the delivery person unless a pre-payment has been made via wire transfer, PayPal, or the PayPal debit or credit card option. For all foreign orders, payments must be made up front, before we ship the products.
Entry Taxes: Customers are fully and solely responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. Wellness Extra Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays local customs may cause. Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective countries. If a shipment is returned to us for failure to pay customs or product rejection by customs, the customer will be credited for only the items returned in undamaged and non-tampered condition, less all shipping and handling cost. We reserve the right to have a package destroyed at customs if it is too expensive to return.
Registered Priority Mail vs. Parcel Service Providers: Before choosing the usually more economical “AirMail” or “Priority Mail” option, please understand, that the Post Offices refund only a maximum of about €30 if an international package sent as “Registered Priority Mail” gets lost, stolen, or damaged. Our international Parcel Service Provider, GLS (https://gls-group.eu/NL/en/gls-group), insures all packages up to €250.00 automatically. GLS and its partners are also providing an online tracking system to find and to reschedule your package sent through them. If your package is lost or damaged, Wellness Extra Ltd can refund you only up to €30.00 if your package was sent through the Post Office, and up to €250.00 if your package was sent through GLS Parcel Services.
Our Return Policy
If for any reason you wish to return a product, and the product is returned to us undamaged and non-tampered with, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost. If the order is returned due to our mistake, and you have made an up front arrangement with our customer service, a full refund will be made.
