motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca)
Recommended Usage: Pour one cup (approx. 2.5-3 dl) of boiling hot water over one level tablespoon (approx. 1g) of the tea mixture, then cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain and sweeten lightly. Consume 2 dl (1 cup) 2-3 times per day. To help ease insomnia, consumption is recommended prior to bedtime. May be applied as a therapeutic regimen for no more than 3-4 weeks.
