Ingredients per capsule (daily dosage): 200 mg prickly pear powder, 40 mg of soy isoflavonoid,15 mg vitamin E (150% RDA *), 4, 8 mg beta-carotene (100% RDA *), 10 mg iron (71% RDA *), 2.5 mg lycopene, 10 mg zinc (67% RDA *). Carriers: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Recommended Intake: 1x1 capsule daily.
