Recommended Usage: Place 1 teabag into 1 dl hot water, cover and let stand 5-10 minutes. Sweeten according to taste and consume 2 dl (approx. 1 cup) of the prepared warm tea 2-3 times daily. To ease difficulty falling asleep, drink before bedtime. May be consumed as a regimen for no more than 3-4 weeks at a time.
