30 mg x 30 capsules
Active ingredients per 1 capsule (RDA%*):
- Vitamin C 60 mg (100%)
- Vitamin E 10 mg (100%)
- Beta-carotene 2 mg (42%)
- Selenium 50 µg (62,5%)
- Coenzyme Q10 30 mg
Recommended Intake: For adults, 1-3 capsules recommended daily, to be taken on 1-3 occassions and with plenty of water. (Consume no more than 2 capsules at one time!) The first dose is to be consumed in the morning, preferably after a meal. It is worth waiting atleast 4 hours before consumption of the second dose. Consuming this capsule in the evening is not recommended, as it may cause wakefulness and difficulty falling asleep.
For vegetarians, open the capsule and pour it’s contents into approx. 1 cup of lukewarm water and drink. This allows one to provide their body with it’s Q10 needs without consuming contents of animal origin.
This supplement is produced according to the special BioCo technology* which ensures that the originally fat-soluble Q10 become miscible with water. The benefit of emulsion technology is that it fascilitates the absorption of certain active ingredients, thus increasing their utilisation. It is guaranteed that no synthetic Q10 has been used in the manufacturing of this product, only those of natural (fermentational) origin!
Q10 plays a vital role in the energy production process of our cells. During our lifetime, our body continuously produces Q10, but with the increase in age, this amount becomes less and less. Numerous research results have documented the physiological effects of coenzyme Q10. It is involved in providing energy to muscles taking on additional load (heart and skeletal muscles), and it’s antioxidant effect helps to protect cells against oxidation stress which is responsible for the aging of the cells. Proper Q10 levels contribute to the maintenance of healthy heart functioning and may assist in preserving a normal blood pressure level.
This supplement is recommended for those with additional physical and/or mental activity, overload, an increased demand in energy, and for the elderly as well.
Health supplements do not substitute a healthy, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume more than the recommended daily intake!
*The BioCo Technology:
The BioCo Technology is a unique technological development, the Q10 BioCo products are made according to a special production process. This technology ensures that the originally fat-soluble substances, such as certain vitamins (A, D, E, and K) and Q10, become miscible with water. Miscibility refers to the property of liquids to mix in all proportions, forming a homogeneous solution. Absorption of water-soluble vitamins is different from those that are fat-soluble. It is important that we consume vitamins and/or Q10 in the water miscible form, since water-soluble vitamins directly enter the blood stream, making their absorption easier and much more efficient. Furthermore, their use is safer than fat-soluble vitamins because it is basically impossible to overdose water-soluble vitamins, while an overdose of fat-soluble vitamins can be toxic! Certain vitamins can interact synergistically, meaning that they strengthen one another’s effects. It is for this reason that it is advised to consume them together. Besides Q10, such synergistic antioxidant vitamins (such as vitamins A, C, and E) are always included in BioCo’s Q10 products. Developers of these products believed that if they are successul in converting the active agent within the fat-soluble Q10 into a molecule that can be dispersed in water, then a higher level of utilisation as characterised by water-soluble substances can be achieved in the case of Coenzyme Q10 as well. Recognised Hungarian researchers and professors, with the help of the National Institute of Medicine, worked together for years in conducting experiments which resultes in the company’s „Transport Emulsion” technology. In essence, the fat-soluble active ingredients found within their products (CoQ10, vitamin E, beta-carotene) have been converted into being miscible with water. Afterall, the importance is not in how much vitamins and minerals are consumed, but to what extent they can be utilised by the body and how much of it’s beneficial effects it can exert.
