Recommended Intake: Dilute 1.5-2 dl (approx. 2 cups) of the concentrate with 1.5 litres of clean mineral water and drink throughout the day. To help neutralise the slight sour taste, it may be diluted with pineapple or pear juice. It is also excellent in salads.
