Recommended Usage: Place 1 filter into 2 dl (approx. one cup) of hot water, cover and let stand 10 minutes. If necessary, sweeten according to taste and consume one cup 30 minutes before a meal 2-3 times daily.

While consuming this tea, it is important to eat a diet low in calories and high in fiber. Drink atleast 2-2.5 liters of liquid daily and comply to the recommended dosage.
Care should be taken to avoid prolonged application of the tea (approx. 4 weeks). It is recommended to consume the tea for one month continually, then to take a 2-3 month break. (If necessary, consume another, antranoid-free, preparation during this break period). |
