The leaves of both the large and small nettle are a rich source of vitamins and minerals. They help to strengthen the immune system and have an antibiotic, haemostatic, and slight blood sugar lowering effect. Furthermore, it stimulates the functioning of the urinary system, making it beneficial in treating those individuals prone to kidney and bladder stone formation; it may also be used for detoxification.

Recommended Usage: Prepare an infusion by brewing the herbs in boiling water. Daily doage is 8-12 grams. May be used externally as well on wounds that are having trouble healing or for ulcer compression.
