Chamomile tea may be used internally as an antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and a mild sedative herb. May also be applied in the case of inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract, gastrointestinal cramps and bloating, used either alone or as a complement to drug therapy. May also be used as an inhalant to accelerate healing of upper respiratory tract diseases thanks to it’s anti-bacterial effect.
May be applied externally to care for wounds, for eye compression, and in mouth washes as an anti-inflammatorant.

Recommended Usage: Prepare an infusion by adding 1 heaping tablespoon of the tea leafs to 1.5 dl (approx 5 fl.oz.) boiling water, and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Daily dosage is 3 g.
