Ingredients per daily dosage (1 capsule): Maca powder 700mg, 1-carnitin-1-tartrate 20mg (carnitin 13.6mg), DL-alpha-tocopherole 13.5mg (vitamin E 10mg), starch, gelatin, separating agent magnesium stearate, silicon oxide, color E171.
The daily dosage contains: 10mg vitamin E (alpha-TE), which is equivalent to 100% of the recommended daily dosage*. *recommended daily dosage as per Ordinance on Nutrient Content Labeling of Foods, Austrian Secretary of Health and Consumerism.

Recommended Intake: 2x1 capsule daily, to be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid.

The Maca plant grows 3700 metres high in the Andes. The root fibers of the maca plant are enriched with various stimulating substances. Furthermore, there are also about 300 substances (scent and dye substances, as well as ethereal oils) that have not yet been completely analyzed. This particular mixture may have an effect on the human libido. In any case, regular consumption of maca may help in accomodation to physical and mental stress. As a natural remedy, maca is a general strengthening substance for persons who are generally healthy but just need a little momentum.
