Ingredients per daily dosage (1 capsule): 500 mg pumpkin seed extract 20-fold concentrated (equivalent to 10 g pumpkin seeds), gelatin, separating agent: magnesium stearate, silicon oxide.

Recommended Intake: 1x1 capsule daily, to be swallowed whole after a meal with liquid.
