Ingredients per daily dosage (1 capsule) 60 mg magnesium oxide (216 mg magnesium), 300 mg magnesium sulfate (60 mg magnesium), 218 mg magnesium citrate (34 mg magnesium), gelatin. The daily dosage contains: 310 mg magnesium which is equivalent to 103% of the recommended daily dosage of 310 mg.

Directions: 1x1 capsule daily, to be swallowed whole after a meal with liquid.
