• Pumpkin seed oil (500 mg)
• gelatin

Recommended Intake: For adults, 1-2 capsules daily, to be taken after a meal and with plenty of water.

Consumption of 190-600 mg of pumpkin seed oil daily contributes to the maintenance of proper lower urinary tract and prostate functioning, and assists urinary flow as well. Due to the fatty acid composition of pumpkin seeds, may contribute to the recommended daily intake of unsaturated fat, particularly polyunsaturated linoleic acid intake. If consumption of saturated fatty acids is replaced with a diet rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (13-22 g daily), then that will have a favorable effect on total blood and LDL cholesterol levels.
